This page explains what Social MultiCast collects, why, and what you can do about it. Social MultiCast is an early-access product run by its founder, Muhammad Ahmed, in Karachi, Pakistan.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares (name and email).
- What you upload: video or audio files, and project details you type in (topic, audience, platforms and goals).
- What the app creates for you: project briefs, audits, posts, visuals and other outputs.
- Settings: your brand voice, preferences and plan tier.
- Usage counts: how many projects, audits and generations you've used, so plan limits work.
How we use it
Only to run the product: to create your projects, generate the outputs you ask for, keep your work saved, apply plan limits and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's stored and who processes it
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions) stores your account, files and projects.
- Google Gemini on Vertex AI processes your uploads and project details to generate outputs.
If we add another service that processes your content, we'll list it here before it goes live.
Who can see your content
Your projects are private to your account. Access rules in our database only let the signed-in owner read their own projects. We don't look at your content unless you ask us to help with a problem.
Deleting your data
You can delete any project from inside the app, which removes its files and outputs. To delete your whole account, email us from the address on your account and we'll remove it.
